But ... Due to time preasure and constraints in the all-day-business there is a lack of possibility to reflect ones own communication and leadership style or to look deeper into leader-member-relation.

 

The goal of our leadership programs is thus to develop individual leadership and communication competences.

Members of your management team develop together a common culture or vision of their leadership. Realizations and consequences will be put into concrete action-plans. Follow-ups ensure transfer and further development.

 

Ranging from training trainees to hands-on seminars for versed leaders we will put together a specific program to meet your need.

  • Exercise executive functions appropriate to the increasing degree of complexity

  • Get to know a tool-box of models and methods regarding leadership, communication, feedback, conflict-management, possibly use of personality measures like MBTI
